Central Square Community Church Jacques Rautio Amanda Fisher Tournament Update

People are registering for this summer’s golf tournament from places like Clemson South Carolina Oviedo Florida and all over New York State! THANK YOU!

The 11th annual Jacques A. Rautio Memorial Golf Tournament will be held at the Greenview Country Club in West Monroe New York Sunday July 27 2008.

The Amanda Fisher Pre-Tournament Challenge starts at 12 noon. The shotgun start is 1 PM this year.

Recently several people have said to me I am not a golfer can I come to Dinner? Yes you can! Please call me with any questions (315) 415-7308.

This week someone from Southborough Massachusetts said they could not make the tournament however they sent a donation for a sponsorship. THANK YOU!

Claudine asked Kohls Department store for a donation. In addition to donating a sponsorship they are sending 5 people to volunteer to help at the tournament.

Yesterday Mark and I stopped at the Pathfinder Bank and saw Bernie Costello and she said the Chamber of Commerce was short money for 2 scholarships. Mark and I told her that our tournament will be able to help her! This is very exciting!

This year some of Jacques and Amandas classmates have signed up to play in the tournament. They will be helping the Central Square Community Church provide Educational Scholarships for the Fort Brewerton Greater Oneida Lake Chamber of Commerce Scholarship fund. This opens the possibility for many of our children to finally realize their dream of attending college.

The fun starts at 12 noon. As soon as you register you will head over to the 4th annual Amanda Fisher Pre Tournament Putting and Chipping Contest.

The sounds of bagpipes will signal the start of the mid-day round at 1:00 PM

You can register to play by visiting at the web site at www.csccgolf.com

The per-player cost is $50 Around 5 p.m. there will be a steak dinner. If you do not plan on playing golf but would love a great meal you can come and dinner is only $20
